   Browse our available rentals and pick the home that fits you. You'll start your application from the home's listing page.

   Prepare your documents

   Have a valid photo ID and proof of income (recent pay stubs or offer letter) ready before you start.

3. 3

   Complete the application

   Anyone living in the home of the age 18 and over must submit their own application. You'll complete it through the home you selected.

4. 4

   Submit the fee

   A $50 non-refundable application fee covers the credit and background screening. We'll review your application and respond promptly.
